Creator Performance at Scale: Sell creator-led YouTube ads that deliver measurable outcomes across the funnel. AI-Native Workflow: Replace weeks of manual sponsorship work with minutes, then prove it in the numbers. Direct Access to Leadership: Work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, and VP of Creator Strategy. Clear Path to Earnings: Competitive base, strong commission model, and equity participation. In-Office Energy: Tight feedback loops and faster decisions, five days a week in Williamsburg. What You’ll Be Working On: Driving net-new revenue by onboarding enterprise and mid-market advertisers to the platform. Owning the full cycle, from prospecting and pitch to close and early growth. Educating media buyers on creator ad reads and why YouTube drives efficient performance. Building trusted, data-driven relationships with brand and agency partners. Stacking 15 or more outbound meetings each week with a precise, personalized process. Setting territory plans and executing to exceed clear, realistic targets. Co-authoring the brand sales playbook and repeatable processes for scale. Partnering with creator teams to match brands with the right talent. Analyzing campaign results and recommending performance improvements. Running executive rooms with clear, confident storytelling that challenges the status quo. Maintaining a clean, accurate pipeline with rigorous CRM hygiene. The Right Fit: 8 to 15 years in digital ad sales, ideally with startup exposure. Deep knowledge of digital ads, YouTube, and creator integrations. Proven success selling to performance marketers at brands and agencies. Experience with mid and lower funnel channels and units. Top-tier results, awards or rapid promotions, and consistent quota attainment. Able to run complex cycles including legal and procurement. Executive presence with C-level stakeholders on both brand and agency sides. Hands-on with AI in your workflow and eager to keep improving. Hungry, humble, adaptable, and decisive. Comfortable in an in-office culture, five days per week in Williamsburg. This is a rare chance to take a proven platform and scale revenue fast.
