On our B2B Technology team, you’ll work with some of the most dynamic companies in the tech world, from AI and cybersecurity to enterprise SaaS and infrastructure. You bring 3–5 years of PR experience in an agency setting, a track record of media success, and the confidence to own campaigns from strategy to execution. What You’ll Do
Client Service & Program Management: Lead tactical execution of key PR program elements including media relations, analyst relations, awards, speaking, and content; manage projects from concept through completion; lead regular client communications; provide strategic counsel under high pressure; develop and present quarterly campaigns and PR plans; track competitor activity; participate in media training sessions; develop budget recommendations. Media & Influencer Relations: Own and lead media relations with strong relationships across at least 10 key publications; deliver proactive pitches; identify trends and opportunities; use social/digital channels to amplify earned media; support influencer campaigns; measure ROI of activities and report results; coach junior team members. Writing & Content Development: Plan and create strategic content for campaigns and PR programs; write and edit press releases, pitches, Q&As, award submissions, speaking abstracts, contributed articles, bios, fact sheets, and backgrounders; ensure clear, timely client and team communication; produce media-ready pitches. Insights, Analytics & Integration: Lead reporting and analytics to measure results and refine strategies; present performance updates to clients; collaborate across departments to ensure integrated service delivery; evaluate AI tools to increase efficiency and creativity. Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior team members; foster a collaborative, proactive, and professional team environment; support strong team dynamics by communicating effectively across levels. Agency Engagement & Operations: Participate in new business efforts; contribute thought leadership through blogs and social channels; attend networking events and industry panels; identify opportunities for operational or cultural improvements. Professional Growth & Self-Development: Set quarterly goals with your manager; prioritize responsibilities by impact and client goals; drive projects independently and proactively address changes; pursue industry networking and development opportunities. What You Bring
3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting (required) Background in B2B technology sectors such as AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise IT Demonstrated success in developing media relationships and securing impactful placements Strong writing and editing skills across formats and audiences Experience managing multiple priorities and leading day-to-day client work Comfort with data, analytics, and ROI reporting A growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and desire to lead within a team environment Success at Highwire Looks Like
