Accounts Receivable Clerk

to join our team on an

8-month contract . This hybrid position in

Seattle, WA

will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and assisting with collections to ensure timely and accurate receivables management. Responsibilities: Process and post customer payments accurately (checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.) Prepare and send customer invoices in a timely manner Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts Assist with collections efforts while maintaining professional customer relationships Support month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and reporting Maintain organized and accurate AR records Provide support to the accounting team on additional projects as needed Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting support Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Compensation: Hybrid:
