This role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with a business-centered approach that addresses strategy, user experience, processes, and operational impact. Responsibilities

Identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. Create software components and services that interact with upstream and downstream components to meet business requirements through effective coding and programming. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements to ensure the final product meets their needs. Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience. Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives. Demonstrate technical capabilities with strong business acumen and consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes. Collaborate with offshore and on-shore resources across SuccessFactors modules and establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Translate client needs into effective business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience; prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central. SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Core; experience with at least two full cycle implementations of Employee Central. Strong written and verbal communication skills, client service orientation, and technical writing ability. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies; provide industry insights and best practices. Proficiency in mapping client processes to required configurations and functionality; familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting and creating reports to support compensation processes. Willingness to travel to meet client needs (travel estimated at 40-60%). Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior consulting industry experience. SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including: EC configuration, Foundation and MDF Objects, data models, Position Management, Employment Structures, and EC workflows; understanding of effective dating, UI rules, security, and global requirements. Business Rules, Workflows, Security Management; ability to write and troubleshoot complex business rules and dynamic workflows; implement Role-Based Permissions for custom MDF objects and field-level security. Data Handling, Reporting, and Testing; data migration, ad-hoc reporting, Canvas tools, and test planning for EC functionality across lifecycles. Experience leading discovery and fit-gap sessions; cross-module collaboration and SAP best practices. Understanding of end-to-end implementation phases, including cutover planning, knowledge transfer, hyper-care, and ongoing optimization. What We Look For
