Your Opportunity
We are currently seeking a proactive SAP Technical Senior to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team. You will work with SAP technology to address challenges in the digital era, taking a business-centered approach that addresses strategy, user experience, processes, and operational impacts.
Responsibilities Identify and define user/customer requirements and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
Create software components and services that interact with upstream and downstream components to meet business requirements through effective coding.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements and ensure the final product meets their needs.
Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications supporting business objectives.
Demonstrate technical capabilities and strong business acumen; deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
Collaborate with offshore, on-shore, and peer resources across SuccessFactors modules; establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Skills and Attributes for Success Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies.
Proficiency in application development tools and QA practices.
Ability to build and nurture client relationships and deliver value.
Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies; provide industry insights and best practices.
Ability to map client processes to necessary configurations and functionality; knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting and compensation-related reporting.
Willingness to travel up to 40-60% as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4-year).
Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience; prior consulting experience or deep functional experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Core.
Experience with at least two full cycle implementations of Employee Central.
Strong written and verbal communication; effective presentation and technical writing.
Ability to research client inquiries, industry practices, and new technologies; provide process insights and best practices.
Ability to work across cross-functional impacts within SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in analyzing client processes and mapping them to configurations; knowledge of EC data handling, reporting, and testing.
Ideally, you’ll also have Prior consulting experience.
SuccessFactors Employee Central experience with EC configuration, data models, and related modules (Foundation, MDF Objects, UI rules, security, global requirements).
Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Security Management, and RBPs for custom MDF objects and field-level security.
Experience in data handling, reporting, testing, data migration, and test planning for EC.
Leadership in discovery and fit-gap sessions and cross-module collaboration.
Understanding of end-to-end implementation phases including cutover, knowledge transfer, and hyper-care.
