Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to enhance their operations. This includes EY\'s SAP service line capabilities spanning Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors. The focus is on helping clients elevate performance and productivity. The opportunity is to work as a proactive SAP Technical Senior within our SuccessFactors team, addressing challenges organizations face in the digital era with a business-centered approach that covers strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts. You will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across platforms such as mobile, web, and tablets, and you will create software components and services that interact with upstream and downstream components to meet business requirements through effective coding and programming. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements to ensure the final product meets their needs. Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience. Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications supporting business objectives. Demonstrate technical capabilities with strong business acumen. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Collaborate with offshore and onshore resources and peers across SuccessFactors modules. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience; prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central Core. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core. Experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of Employee Central. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, new technologies). Willingness to travel up to 40-60% as required. Proficiency in configuring and/or integrating SAP and non-SAP systems; ability to map client processes to configurations and functionality. Ideally, you\'ll also have

Prior consulting industry experience. SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including: EC configuration, Foundation and MDF Objects, data models, Position Management, Employment Structures, EC workflows, with knowledge of effective dating, UI rules, security, and global requirements. Business Rules, Workflows, Security Management; ability to write complex business rules, design multi-step workflows, and implement Role-Based Permissions for custom MDF objects and field-level security. Data handling, reporting, testing, data migration, and test planning for EC functionality; experience with Ad-Hoc and Canvas reporting tools. Leadership in discovery and fit-gap sessions, translating business needs into scalable EC solutions and collaborating across modules and integrations. Understanding of end-to-end implementation phases including cutover planning, knowledge transfer, hyper-care, and ongoing optimization. What We Look For
