A leading corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years PQE) to join its Boston office. The role focuses on U.S. and international M&A, securities matters, venture financings, and corporate governance for middle-market and upper-middle-market companies, including private equity clients.

4–6 Years PQE | Corporate & M&A Focus Key Responsibilities
Lead and support M&A and securities transactions, including cross-border deals Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and ancillary documentation Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and clients throughout transaction lifecycle Advise clients on governance, compliance, and other corporate matters Who You Are
4–6 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally with M&A and venture financings Skilled in drafting and negotiating agreements, managing deal flow, and coordinating teams Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills JD from an ABA-accredited law school; active Massachusetts Bar membership Compensation & Benefits
