Overview

Senior Director of Sales for OXO & Hydro Flask, reporting to the Vice President of Sales, with responsibilities across top North American retail accounts. This remote/hybrid role focuses on expanding market presence through effective sales execution, category management, and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term profitability for OXO & Hydro Flask. What You Will Be Doing

Lead efforts to secure new product placements, deepen customer relationships, and identify untapped business opportunities within and beyond the assigned account base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-specific commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and market share, while ensuring alignment with internal goals and fiscal responsibility. Provide strategic leadership and partnership to the Vice President of Sales and cross-functional teams to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive product distribution, promotional effectiveness, and achievement of sales and profit goals. Lead and support customer engagements with key stakeholders (buyers, DMMs, GMMs, VP-level contacts) to secure category leadership and long-term growth. Guide the customer category line review process using market insights, brand positioning, and data-driven analysis to deliver compelling selling recommendations. Cultivate strategic customer relationships through win-win negotiations that align mutual objectives. Own and manage account-level performance metrics and customer satisfaction, ensuring delivery against expectations. Align customer-level P&L with internal BU goals, understanding financial drivers like POS, profitability targets, and cost-to-serve. Develop financially sound proposals grounded in customer parameters and strategic priorities. Foster an inclusive culture and collaborate across Brand Marketing, Product Development, and Leadership to drive alignment and innovation. Communicate priorities and strategic goals within the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives. Manage and develop direct reports, remove obstacles, and build a high-performing team through coaching and development planning. Promote best practices in time management, meetings, communication, and cross-functional teamwork. Lead cross-functional development and execution of customer-specific commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Set measurable goals, monitor effectiveness, and adapt strategies as needed to achieve results. Provide ongoing customer insights to supply and demand planning to support operational excellence and alignment with supply chain objectives. Lead monthly forecasting and analysis in support of demand planning and S&OP processes. Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive execution and strategic alignment. Understand and communicate the customer’s go-to-market strategy, programs, and organizational structure to internal brand teams. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of Sales Management experience Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Compensation and Benefits

In New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $144,719 - $180,899 annually. Actual salaries vary by location, experience, skill level, and performance.
