Overview Title: Solutions Architect (HubSpot) Location: Remote (U.S.) Type: Full-time (Contract-to-hire considered)

About Us At digitalJ2, we help B2B companies transform their revenue operations by implementing and scaling HubSpot. Our clients rely on us not just for execution but for strategic, scalable solutions that connect technology, process, and people. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our team.

The Role As a Solutions Architect, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and service delivery. You’ll partner with our sales team in pre-sales conversations to scope, design, and present HubSpot solutions that address client business needs. You’ll also provide ongoing support to delivery teams post-sale, ensuring that solutions are built for scale, integrations run smoothly, and technical risks are managed.

This is a great fit if you’re both client-facing and technical - you enjoy discovery calls, building solution prototypes, and working with consultants and developers to bring solutions to life.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with sales to co-sell deals, run discovery sessions, and design HubSpot-based architectures.

Build proof-of-concept demos and sample environments to showcase feasibility.

Draft scopes of work, data models, and integration specifications.

Support delivery teams by reviewing designs, answering technical questions, and providing architectural oversight.

Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot technical capabilities, integrations, and best practices.

Contribute to internal playbooks and reusable solution patterns.

About You

Deep experience with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops).

Strong knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations (familiarity with AWS Lambda, Zapier, or middleware tools is a plus).

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear solution architectures.

Skilled communicator with executives, business users, and technical stakeholders alike.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited by building repeatable, scalable solutions.

Compensation

Full-time salary range: $135,000 – $165,000, depending on experience.

Contractor range: $90–$125/hour (for fractional/part-time engagements).
