* Help lead the organization through critical enterprise changes, including around culture, technology and AI, and financial management.* Develop and implement change management communications plans to achieve desired outcomes and serve as an advisor to communication colleagues on best practices.* Collaborate with the People team and other stakeholders to support employee experience and engagement strategies.* 15+ years of professional business experience, with at least 10 years in communications, preferably within a global or multinational corporation.* Strategic thinker with a strong executive presence, adept at advising senior leaders.* Experienced team leader with a track record of success in a matrixed environment.* Collaborative, agile, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
