Sales Executive with a hunter mentality

Our story: Anecdotes is a dynamic B-round startup founded in June 2020, revolutionizing the Compliance Automation landscape for hyper-growth companies. Our mission is to empower GRC teams with credible, visible, and actionable data to improve decision-making. We enable continuous, real-time visibility into security compliance posture by collecting and standardizing data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more.

What You’ll Do

Proactively identify and target new prospects through research, networking, and outreach.

Leverage marketing-delivered opportunities to accelerate pipeline growth and close deals.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Develop compelling value propositions tailored to client needs, showcasing our solutions.

Lead consultative sales discussions and guide prospects through the sales cycle.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

Experience in the GRC industry is a must; if not, a strong background in security is required.

Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

Strategic thinker who can understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop creative solutions.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience with Force Management, Command of the Message, Sandler Sales Methodology, or equivalent process.
