Overview

Serve as the main point of contact in the execution of projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data relevant to litigation or investigations. Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, proactively identify and mitigate risk, apply quality control, and address technical challenges to make data discoverable, viewable and useful. Lead a team of e-Discovery forensic data collection engineers. Communicate with clients and team members regarding upcoming commitments, project status updates, and issues or challenges. Maintain coordination with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, establish project goals, and review costs. Manage end-to-end project planning, resourcing, organizing, and reviewing to meet client deadlines. Lead external and internal meetings to review work results. Ensure eDiscovery best practices are followed and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis. Provide end-to-end project support for data collection, database administration, analysis, and developing/maintaining project plans and documents. Coordinate daily electronic data discovery collection efforts including digital forensic data collections. Utilize Relativity and similar eDiscovery tools to collaborate and review workflows with clients. Produce documentation and summaries of data collection efforts, tracking, and reporting. Core qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required, with a preference for computer science, information management, data science, or related fields. 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and draw evidence-based conclusions. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Preferred attributes
Familiarity with industry-standard review and production tools including Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, etc. Experience with FTK, EnCase, Macquisition, Paladin, Kali, and other digital forensics is advantageous but not required. Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodologies and best practices. Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator. Document review management experience is beneficial but not required. Compensation and benefits
The salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is offered based on individual and firm performance. Regular employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for healthcare plans, flexible spending accounts, life/AD&D, disability coverages, a 401(k) with discretionary contribution, paid time off including vacation, personal days, sick time, holidays, a floating holiday, and parental leave.
