Staff Accountant for a permanent onsite role in Seattle, WA. The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations, assist with month-end close activities, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Support month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and reconciliations Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and insights Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred Solid understanding of accounting principles and GAAP Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) Experience with ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member Benefits: Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements.
