Direct Hire Recruiter , you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and placing top-tier talent for our clients’ full-time, permanent positions across high-demand industries. You will leverage your recruitment expertise and consultative skills to elevate CGR’s mission of building powerful talent bridges. Direct Hire Recruiter – Experienced Talent Partner Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for direct-hire roles, from intake to offer and offer acceptance. Source and attract exceptional candidates—through networking, sourcing tools, referrals, and industry connections. Screen, assess, and qualify candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in sectors like maritime, construction, energy, and legal. Build and nurture strong relationships—with both clients and candidates—to anticipate needs and deliver high-impact matches. Coordinate and manage the interview process, provide timely updates, secure feedback, and cultivate winning candidate experiences. Address offer-acceptance risks proactively, mitigating drop-off through thoughtful dialogue and guidance for Core Group Resources. Consistently maintain a robust pipeline and hit placement metrics with speed and precision. Collaborate closely with leadership and peers to share market insights, refine sourcing strategies, and scale our direct-hire capabilities. Direct Hire Recruiter – Experienced Talent Partner Position Requirements 3–5+ years of proven recruitment success in direct hire/permanent placement, ideally within high-demand technical industries (maritime, construction, energy, legal, etc.). Strong sourcing mentality, with the ability to identify top talent across multiple disciplines and levels. Outstanding communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. High ownership and results-driven mindset—demonstrated ability to hit placement targets and drive a full-cycle process. Proficiency with ATS systems, candidate sourcing platforms, and recruitment tracking. A consulting approach—acting as both trusted advisor to clients and candidate advocate. Preferred Requirements Prior experience in one or more of our core industries (maritime staffing, shipyards, offshore energy, construction/manufacturing, or legal). Experience handling high-volume recruiting in fast-paced environments. Exceptional stakeholder management—comfortable engaging with hiring managers and executive clients.
