Turn engineering intent into executable work. In this analyst role, you transform Manufacturing Plans, EPLs, and drawings into travelers, requisitions, and material orders that keep production moving without surprises.
Your Impact
Translate technical inputs (Manufacturing Plan, EPL, drawings) into precise travelers and timely material procurements. Resolve traveler and purchase-order issues with Quality Assurance; align with Purchasing for on-time receipts. Partner with shop management and engineering to address delays and keep schedules intact. Drive vendor communications for RFQs, materials questions, and PO follow-through. Orchestrate coordination across engineering, QA, QC, operations, mechanics, and purchasing. Maintain planning accuracy in ERP/MRP: generate travelers/requisitions and keep production data current. Provide clear status updates to your supervisor on workload, risks, and progress. Skills That Set You Up for Success
Strong grounding in manufacturing processes. Comfort interpreting drawings and manufacturing plans. Knowledge of ASTM, ASME, and ISO material standards. Supplier-facing experience with quotes and purchase orders. ERP/MRP proficiency. Outstanding communication; adept at supporting cross-functional inquiries. Nuclear industry familiarity is advantageous. Background and Education
5–10 years in a substantial administrative leadership role. Proven leadership capabilities. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
