We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, with proven experience and deep understanding of configuration data management challenges in Salesforce Clouds, and experience managing products that involve data extraction, transformation, and deployment, preferably for enterprise SaaS or low-code/no-code platforms. What You'll Be Doing
Define & Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Vision & Roadmap — Develop and articulate a compelling long-term vision for our Salesforce DevOps solutions and translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into a dynamic, actionable product roadmap. Strategic Alignment: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product initiatives support overall business objectives and customer success. Innovation: Identify emerging opportunities and leverage innovative technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics, CI/CD enhancements) to maintain our competitive edge. Roadmap Planning & Execution: Agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, and deliver product features iteratively, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to define user stories, detailed specifications, and execution plans that drive customer value. Metrics & KPIs: Define KPIs to track feature adoption and overall product success, and use data-driven insights to refine the roadmap continuously. Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Customer-centric development, gather and synthesize customer feedback, build close relationships with customers and implementation partners, oversee end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization, and balance trade-offs with risks. Enhance User Experience & Customer Success: UX advocacy, customer engagement, and enablement materials for internal teams and partners to ensure successful product adoption and support. Stakeholder & Market Engagement: Regularly engage with sales, marketing, and customer support to communicate updates, gather feedback, and inform go-to-market strategies; conduct market/competitive analyses and represent Copado in customer meetings and industry events. We Are Looking For Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Deep understanding of configuration data management challenges in Salesforce Clouds (e.g., CPQ, RCA, Commerce Cloud, nCino). Proven experience managing products involving data extraction, transformation, and deployment, preferably for enterprise SaaS or low-code/no-code platforms. Experience with Salesforce metadata and data APIs, including tools such as SOQL, Data Loader, External Objects, or Custom Metadata Types. Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, System Architect (one or more). 5+ years of product management experience within SaaS, DevOps, or cloud-based environments; enterprise-level Salesforce ecosystem experience required. Expertise in agile product development, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management; proven ability to write and maintain user stories. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships in fast-paced environments. Strong technical acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product plans. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Experience conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analyses to inform strategic initiatives.
