Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction, while also keeping yourself updated on product features and maintaining our high visual and quality standards. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with achieving outstanding customer service while consistently meeting sales goals. This role involves regular interaction with customers, including minors, and may require access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, as well as store merchandise and other valuable items. Therefore, a background check is necessary to protect our business, our customers, and our community. If you join our team, you will be working at Store #5414 located at: 234 White Mtn. Assist customers in person and via phone to determine needs and suggest suitable products. Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately, following company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from shelves or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Manage store displays and inventory while keeping the store clean. Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading trucks as required. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work without sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Internal applicants must meet performance appraisal standards. Internal applicants must complete required eLearning courses. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paints and paint-related products. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred, especially Spanish.
