We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to support the deployment of standardized commercial solutions across multiple divisions and geographies. This role is integral to aligning global processes and driving adoption of end-to-end solutions in areas such as
contracts and pricing, incentive rebates, GPO admin fees, and chargeback management . Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption of standardized revenue management processes across global teams Collaborate with process experts, deployment leads, and IT to design and implement scalable solutions Support deployment readiness, including testing, training, data conversion, and change management Participate in workshops and provide input on global application design and strategy Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and support issue resolution Qualifications
10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in revenue management or related sub-processes Experience with
Model N
or similar revenue management systems is
required Deep knowledge of
Contract Operations, Commercial Operations,
and
Order-to-Cash
processes Proven leadership experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration and change management skills Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication abilities Prior experience with ERP or large-scale system implementations Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Seniority level
