LHH is currently recruiting for a CFO with a long-standing client. This person would step in to work directly with the President on company strategy and growth. The company is looking to double their revenue in the next couple years.
This role would be mostly ONSITE. Please don’t respond if you’re looking for remote opportunities or not local. Individuals who do not meet the profile will not be considered.
Overall Responsibilities:
This role will be the #2 person within the organization; President wants this person to be his main "go-to" person for all financial matters with him and the executive team Oversee all the financial areas within the organization; accounting and credit depts as indirect reports; Controller will be a direct report to help manage and mentor these areas Work with executive team with all financial strategies and forecasting for company growth Involved with all M&A areas as needed; company is looking to double their revenue in the next couple years Oversee all the treasury, banking relationships, insurance, budgets, forecasting, reporting and compliance areas Review, develop and implement new policies and procedures Inventory forecasting Development and execute pricing strategy Oversee the IT Dept, working closely with the dept to help improve and streamline systems for better accuracy and usage throughout the organization; develop new data dashboard to assist with forecasting, analyze trends, budgeting for all divisions within the company Work closely with the President and other executives discussing and presenting financial areas within the organization Involved with all financial areas for company growth and strategy Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting, Finance or related CPA mandatory, MBA a + 10+ years finance, technology or blended experience including supervisory – having an accounting background preferred 5+ years experience in a high-level financial role, CFO preferred Strong management skills – someone who can be “hands-on” in a mentoring and positive approach, able to train and implement new procedures, able to give direction in a professional manner Strong ERP systems experience; working through ERP system upgrades/implementations, working closely with IT to work with and improve on systems abilities Good communication and presentations skills – able to communicate and interact well with executives, accounting staff and non-finance staff as needed Good time management skills; can manage their work and staff to meet deadlines as needed Base Salary = $250k - $270k base + bonus Benefits = Medical, Dental, Vision 401K PTO, Sick time, Holiday pay Please email your resume to dan.olchowy@lhh.com to discuss further.
