Position Summary:
Marketing is central to our decisions. Brand Managers are leaders who turn ideas into actions, spanning strategy, advertising, media, and agency management. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, results-driven, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration to move multiple priorities forward. The Brand Manager for Singles focuses on an iconic brand with a roadmap to future proof it for decades to come, partnering with creative talent to reach consumers and inspiring new approaches to advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead refinement of Singles brand foundations, sharpening distinctive positioning to unlock creative that drives sales impact and long-term equity
Own end-to-end breakthrough communications for Singles, including:
Defining creative briefs for Integrated Agency Team (creative, media, PR, shopper)
Identifying and aligning stakeholders on creative territories
Leading agencies in creative execution and managing feedback
Ensuring execution across the marketing mix aligns with strategy
Approving research framework for creative development
Enable and challenge agency partners to insert Singles into culture through strategic brand activations
Partner with media team to deliver a best-in-class media plan and monitor ROAS optimization
Collaborate with omni-channel team to develop retail brand activations and drive consumer relevance
Manage delivery of all consumer communication touchpoints on time and within budget
Qualifications:
Experience building/refreshing brand foundations, including aspirational positioning and defining consumer targets
Proven experience managing creative agencies through campaign development on time and within budget
Ability to think strategically and execute in detail, with a track record of delivering results
Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing resources for impact
Agility in cross-functional collaboration, strong relationships, and stakeholder alignment
