Downtown Boston - Luxury Residential Project Manager

Job Description The Residential Project Manager will be responsible for: collaborating with the design and development teams to create project plans and time lines overseeing all construction activities, including hiring and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Ensuring compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Monitoring project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients Conducting quality inspections to ensure that work meets my client's standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of , , , , , or expression, , , , veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Project Manager will have: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Proven experience as a PM in high-end residential construction with a track record of successful project completions Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal A keen eye for detail Experience with High-End Residential projects Our client, a family-owned Real Estate Developer in Boston, is looking to grow their team!
