LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in the transportation industry to identify a temporary to hire AP professional. This position will be fully onsite for training but offers a hybrid schedule after that. You will work with a team and can grow internally within the company if that’s something you are interested in. The manager is looking for a candidate who has at least two years of previous accounts payable experience. Since you will be working with internal and external customers, professional communication skills are important as well. This position offers a quick interview process.
Responsibilities:
Processing accounts payable invoices Check runs and ensuring prompt vendor payments Vendor statement reconciliations Posting accounts payable related journal entries and assisting with month end Additional projects as needed Qualifications:
At least two years of accounts payable experience Previous experience on an ERP system is preferred Professional communication skills High attention to detail Able to adapt in a growing company with changing priorities Employment Details:
Temporary to hire Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Hybrid after training Pay Details:
