Director of Sales

will lead strategy, structure, hiring, enablement, and execution - owning both the playbook and the outcomes. You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to architect a modern, high-impact sales organization designed for sustained growth. You’ll be responsible for: Building and managing a team of high-performing sales professionals. Creating and executing a scalable, data-driven sales strategy. Driving long-cycle, consultative sales for complex security systems and services. Aligning people, process, and technology to create a disciplined, repeatable engine for revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic builder - someone who thrives on ownership, demands clarity, and leads by example. Primary Responsibilities of the

Director of Sales

include: Sales Strategy & Execution Design and own TWG’s end-to-end sales function—from pipeline to close to post-sale handoff. Develop vertical strategies, territory plans, and key account programs to drive net-new revenue and expand service agreements. Lead high-value deals with enterprise and strategic clients. Use data to forecast, refine, and adapt sales efforts—driving precision and accountability. Team Leadership Hire, coach, and mentor a growing team of account executives. Create clear performance benchmarks and lead weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and feedback loops. Drive a high-integrity, team-first culture that prizes customer outcomes over sales theatrics. Process & Infrastructure Develop and maintain a sales playbook that standardizes messaging, pricing, objection handling, and close strategy. Optimize sales operations and automations via tools like ConnectWise, CPQ, and CRM workflows. Lead the rollout and adoption of sales enablement tools—proposals, quoting, outreach, and performance dashboards. Cross-Functional Impact Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and feedback loops. Represent TWG at trade shows, strategic partnerships, and industry events to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field from an accredited university A minimum of 7+ years progressive experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in physical security, low-voltage systems, or high-tech consultative sales Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and systems from the ground up Experience leading long-cycle sales involving multiple stakeholders, technical buyers, and recurring revenue services Any combination of education and experience which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge and abilities listed Strong operational fluency with

CRM (Hubspot)

and proposal/quoting tools Required Skills/Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and persuasive presenter to both executive and technical audiences Strategic thinker with strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities Deep expertise in solution selling, consultative approaches, and value-based positioning Skilled in sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes Proven ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across internal and external stakeholders Results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments WHAT WE OFFER If you are looking for an employer that offers incredible benefits, TWG Security may be just the place for you.
