Responsibilities
Lead and drive financial forecasting, planning, and reporting requirements for Hach in coordination with global and regional commercial and finance leaders. Provide monthly management reports/decks with detailed analysis and inputs on business performance and trends; identify root causes of performance gaps and countermeasures to drive growth and protect operating profit. Strengthen the risk and opportunity framework to improve predictability of financial results and forecast accuracy. Champion continuous improvement of forecasting, planning, and reporting processes; standardize reporting templates and automate information compilation. Review and provide financial analysis for capex, headcount investments, resource allocation decisions, and M&A; analyze returns on investments and track acquisition performance. Support the business in implementing strategic objectives with necessary finance resources, analysis, and insights. Coordinate annual business plans, periodic plan updates, and other forecasts/projections. Monitor competition results and trends; highlight key takeaways with the CFO and President; identify opportunities and risks. Provide investor relations input decks to support the CFO and Hach President on calls with Veralto. Provide guidance and leadership to the FP&A team, with focus on performance improvement, change management, development, ethics, and integrity; lead diverse remote teams including senior leadership. Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or CPA strongly preferred. 15+ years of experience in financial analysis with leadership in operational finance standards and processes. Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in a multinational manufacturing or industrial company with multi-region presence. Proven track record as a senior FP&A leader and operating finance executive (regional/BU CFO). Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process improvements, financial systems, and change initiatives. Strong business planning, quantitative analysis, and decision-making skills; ability to synthesize data and tell the story; knowledge of ERP and analytical tools (BI/Tableau) preferred. Compensation and Benefits
The US compensation range is $230,000.00 - $250,000.00 USD per year, with eligibility for bonus pay.
