Overview General Dentist Opportunity in South Elgin, IL. Dental Care of South Elgin in South Elgin, IL is seeking a passionate and driven General Dentist to join our dynamic team. This role offers clinical autonomy while being supported by Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization. The practice is busy and includes 4 hygienists. The candidate should be able to work Tuesday through Friday and have strong oral surgery skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a high-performing 14-person team to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a supportive work culture.

Utilize state-of-the-art tools, including an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI, to provide advanced and efficient care.

What We’re Looking For

DDS/DMD degree with an active and unrestricted Illinois license.

A passion for comprehensive, patient-centered care and the ability to foster trust and comfort.

Strong commitment to ongoing learning and clinical skill development.

Ability and willingness to credential with various dental insurance plans.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Flexibility to sit or stand as needed in a dynamic clinical environment.

Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.

Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training throughout the year.

TB testing requirement for new hires; arrangements coordinated during pre-employment process (not applicable in FL & TN).
