Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Stored Energy Systems LLC (SENS) in Longmont, CO. The CIO will serve as a strategic leader overseeing all technology initiatives across the company, including IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, customer-facing software platforms, and digital transformation efforts. A critical responsibility is leading the integration and automation of manufacturing equipment with the ERP system (Infor CloudSuite Industrial – Syteline) to enable real-time production visibility, improved efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This executive will drive innovation and scalability across all technology domains, ensuring systems are built for growth, agility, and world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Strategic IT & Digital Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business and operational goals. Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all technology-related matters. Manufacturing Systems & ERP Integration: Lead the integration and automation of manufacturing equipment with the Syteline ERP system to enable real-time data flow and smart manufacturing practices. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and plant management to bridge shop floor with enterprise systems. Oversee IoT-enabled systems for equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data collection. IT Operations & Infrastructure: Manage secure, scalable infrastructure and cloud systems across multiple production facilities. Ensure reliable performance of ERP (Syteline), MES, CRM, WMS, and PLM. Standardize and optimize IT processes, hardware, and software across locations. Software & Customer Platform Development: Oversee development and continuous improvement of proprietary or integrated customer software solutions. Align digital product strategies with customer needs and market trends. Data, Analytics & Business Intelligence: Champion company-wide data initiatives including analytics, reporting, and real-time dashboards. Ensure actionable visibility into production, supply chain, finance, and customer service metrics. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Own cybersecurity strategy and risk mitigation for all systems and data. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Qualifications

Education & Experience - Required: 10+ years in IT leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including experience in a manufacturing environment. 10+ years of experience managing a network that supports full product development/engineering including software development. Proven track record of delivering large-scale systems integrations and automation initiatives on the plant floor. Good To Have: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Hands-on experience with Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) ERP, specifically integrating it with manufacturing equipment and automation systems. Experience leading software development teams, particularly with customer-facing platforms. Technical & Leadership Skills: Deep understanding of shop floor automation, industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT), and IoT technologies. Strong experience with cloud architecture, enterprise systems, and data integration. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Location: This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO. Base Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 projected base salary depending on qualifications and experience. Closing Date: September 30, 2025.
