Overview

Procurement & Logistics Director at Stored Energy Systems LLC (SENS). This role leads and optimizes the end-to-end supply chain functions including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and internal logistics to support manufacturing operations. Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of procurement, inventory, and supply chain to align with organizational objectives such as growth, customer service, productivity, and cost efficiency. Manage team to meet business goals through target setting and KPI development that align with operational goals. Utilize data analytics to evaluate supply chain performance, forecast needs, and identify areas of improvement. Drive and execute continuous improvement mindset and actions through lean methodology in logistics, inventory, and purchasing strategies. Lead and mentor team to meet business goals, while developing succession plans and performance management of team. Manage the internal flow of materials and components between warehouses, production lines, and departments. Optimize material handling processes and internal transportation to support lean manufacturing. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics operations. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Preferred Qualifications

ERP experience in SyteLine. Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Location

On-site role in Longmont, CO. Base Compensation

$125,000 - $165,000 per year (base salary range). Closing Date
