Overview

Director of Sales (Americas) (W/M/X) for Orient Express Sailing Yachts. This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for the US market, reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing at Orient Express Sailing Yachts. Responsibilities

Define and implement action plans aligned with defined objectives and sales strategies. Advise and execute tactical activities to achieve short-term sales objectives; collaborate with global sales teams and internal resources to drive targeted campaigns. Monitor sales revenue, analyze performance data, and collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and revenue strategies; implement corrective actions based on data insights. Coordinate and represent the portfolio at professional events to strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders and identify new business opportunities. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurture relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities; collaborate with global sales teams for account acquisition. Provide guidance and training to Accor global sales teams on the leisure segment to ensure a consistent approach. Establish periodic reports and business intelligence to track performance against objectives; use data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Take responsibility for the leisure segment budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve goals. Lead and inspire the sales team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team targets. Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibilities; experience in leisure sales within travel and tourism; cruise industry is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; familiarity with sales and CRM tools; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Salary Range: $115,000-165,000 annually.
