Director of Sales & Marketing – Belgrove Resort & Spa | A Marriott Autograph Collection Resort & Spa. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the DOSM will manage and mentor a talented sales and catering team, drive strategic initiatives to grow market share, and position the resort as a premier destination within the Autograph Collection portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role with exposure to corporate and regional career growth opportunities. Responsibilities

Lead all sales and marketing efforts across Group, Leisure, Transient, and Catering segments to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Develop and execute strategic business plans, marketing calendars, and revenue-driving initiatives aligned with Marriott Autograph Collection standards and the resort’s positioning. Oversee digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and brand campaigns to grow awareness, drive direct bookings, and optimize conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, group planners, and leisure partners; conduct site visits and proactive client engagement. Collaborate closely with revenue management, catering, and operations teams to deliver integrated strategies and seamless guest experiences. Analyze market data, STR reports, and competitor activity to shape pricing, forecasting, and segment strategy. Represent Belgrove Resort at industry trade shows, Marriott events, and tourism associations, serving as the property’s brand ambassador. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Catering team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and career development. Partner with corporate and regional teams to leverage Marriott resources, loyalty programs, and cross-brand opportunities. Qualifications

Proven luxury hotel/resort sales and marketing leadership experience. Minimum 5 years as a Director of Sales & Marketing within a branded, full-service or resort environment; Autograph Collection or Marriott brand experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in driving group, catering, and leisure business while increasing market share and revenue performance. Strong background in digital marketing strategy, account management, and brand positioning. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Delphi/FDC or similar CRM experience highly preferred. Why Belgrove Resort & Spa?
