VP, GTM Enablement Role Summary:

The Director of Enablement Operations will lead the operational engine that powers our Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team. This strategic role is responsible for the technology, processes, and analytics that enable our customer-facing teams to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities: Manage the enablement tech stack and all integrations with core systems. Provide end-user support and training. Deploy new functionality to drive productivity. Establish and manage an enablement intake process. Standardize and centralize reporting for all enablement programs. Act as editor for the monthly enablement newsletter. Centralize and publish the global enablement calendar. Develop and execute the strategy for the GTM enablement technology stack. Oversee enablement analytics to provide insights into program effectiveness. Manage and optimize core enablement processes. Lead a team of operations professionals. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems and processes. Establish and maintain governance for all enablement content and data. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, or a similar field. 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of common enablement and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce and Seismic). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Base Salary Range:
