Work as part of a team to define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements Collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective implementation Analyze radar system performance data with respect to requirements Identify performance deficiencies and propose solutions Define and prototype new algorithms to enhance system performance Present plans, designs and system performance to peers, internal leadership and external customers Provide subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements You will perform responsibilities in one or more capability areas including: Electronic Protection, signal processing, applied mathematics Hypersonic threat defense Tracking, discrimination, search, and battle manager interfaces Radar calibration, diagnostics, deployed site support Modeling and simulation of tactical software Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience or equivalent Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with BMC4I systems, radar systems or signal processing techniques Experience with processes, methods and tools development and maintenance Ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java or DOORS Analytic, technical and problem-solving skills Experience with MS Office Suite System-level requirements development and design of system-level software architecture Radar system concepts; detection, discrimination, track and signal processing Development and coding of system models, algorithms, test vectors and analysis tools Information Assurance/Cyber Engineering requirements experience Experience in using AI/ML and signal processing in database and algorithm design Active DoD Secret Clearance or greater What We Offer
