Coordinate with customers to identify the most efficient method to schedule patient services. Exceed customer expectations through the delivery of superior service with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Provide effective communication to ensure customers understand the scope of service, ongoing aspects of care, and coverage and financial responsibility. Coordinate scheduling for existing patients to ensure continuity of care. Demonstrate effective communication to evaluate caller needs, provide solutions, and close requests. Shift
Full Time / Day Shift – 9:30am to 6:00pm. Alternating Saturdays required. Location
Baltimore, MD Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-high school education or training, preferred. Knowledge
Basic Computer Skills Basic medical terminology for homecare field Customer service principles and service expectations Skills
Effective and professional communication with customers and referrals Strong verbal and written communication Multi-tasking and follow-through for completion Call center experience, minimum 6 months Timeliness and prioritization of work Adaptive, empathetic, and patient with a positive attitude Time management, priority setting & organization Work Experience
2 years customer service, preferred Experience working in a medical environment – familiarity with durable medical equipment, preferred 2 years call center experience, preferred Benefits
