Patient Service Coordinator I
coordinates with customers to schedule patient services efficiently. Exceeds customer expectations through superior service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Ensures clear communication about the scope of services, ongoing care, coverage, and financial responsibilities. Coordinates scheduling for existing patients to ensure continuity of care.
