Accountable for planning, forecasting and monitoring the company's financial performance. Develop financial and operational metrics aligned to strategy; monitor internal control systems to preserve assets and report accurate results. Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the Reporting Unit. Lead the Reporting Unit's Finance and Accounting team. Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial guidance and support decision making. Qualifications
Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience; 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large aerospace corporation. Strong cost accounting knowledge to monitor industrial performance and aid in forecasting. Experience partnering with an executive team; high level of written and oral communication skills. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CA) or equivalent; MBA in Finance preferred. 10 years of management experience with a team of 8+ members; experience in cross-functional/international teams preferred.
