In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead store performance and ensure a high standard of service and operations. Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success. Training & Development
We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training. Ongoing career and leadership development is available, including comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement into management positions. Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $31.50 - $34.50 per hour. Free meals while working at Panda. Medical, Vision, Dental, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Cancer Insurance, and other coverage for full-time associates. Pre-Tax Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and 401(k) with company match. Paid time off, holidays, bereavement/funeral leave, and Leave Share Program. High school diploma required. Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius and a flexible schedule including weekends. Food Safety: Serve Safe certification. ADA Statement
While performing duties, work areas may be hot and fast-paced. Employees must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in environments with high noise and heat. Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts is required. Equal Opportunity
