Senior Director of Process Innovation at Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA), located in Houston, TX. This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role reporting to the Head of Process Innovation. Travel up to 30% may be required. Qcells USA specializes in utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS) project development, EPC services, and turnkey solutions across the project lifecycle. The role supports process standardization, change management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement within EPC and project delivery operations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Essential Job Function & Responsibilities

Strategic Process Leadership: Develop and lead a company-wide process innovation roadmap aligned with growth strategy and EPC best practices; define KPIs, benchmarks, and governance to measure and improve process efficiency, quality, and compliance. EPC Controls Alignment: Establish and maintain standardized controls for project cost management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and reporting; oversee change order procedures, contract administration standards, and quality control protocols; ensure integration of project controls with ERP and reporting systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to align initiatives with business needs; facilitate training, adoption, and change management for new processes and systems. Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to improve execution speed and reduce costs. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence across teams. Operational Duties: Maintain regular attendance per policy; perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in EPC project controls, project management, process improvement, or operations leadership; at least 5 years in senior leadership. Proven track record leading process transformation for large-scale infrastructure or utility-scale Solar and BESS EPC projects. Deep understanding of project controls: scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting. Strong knowledge of ERP and project management systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to navigate and influence in matrixed organizations. Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available. Physical Demands

Stationary position for extended periods; sedentary work with occasional movement. Occasional bending, standing, stooping, and walking as part of the role. Occasional lifting or carrying light to heavy objects up to 10 pounds. Frequent communication requiring hearing and speech; ability to exchange information accurately. Vision requirements to operate computer and read documents. Occasional travel as needed, up to 30% of time. Work Environment

Office setting with potential construction site environments (noise levels vary). Role may transition to onsite or hybrid per policy and business needs.
