Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Key Responsibilities Global brand strategy: Partner with DAS teams to create an integrated Global Core Asset Strategy that covers pre-launch through post-launch. Ensure commercial strategies are grounded in insights addressing market needs in future competitive environments. Apply MarketingX best practices to optimize and communicate asset potential for milestone decisions, long-range planning, and business planning. Global launch planning: Collaborate with GCSO teams to build go-to-market approaches for compliant, competitive, and flawless launches. Ensure global launch readiness across product development aspects, including labeling, launch sequencing, packaging, and naming. Champion well-coordinated global launch plans and prepare for Global Launch Readiness reviews. Accelerate organizational capabilities: Modernize Marketing Excellence and Launch Excellence approaches for consistent use across GCSO teams to elevate asset strategy creation and propel winning product launches. Identify and drive meaningful capability expansion within GCSO and across regions. Qualifications Education: A bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree in business or life sciences is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and/or relevant industry is required. In-line (promotional) marketing experience with brand responsibility in dynamic and innovative specialty therapeutic areas is required. Prior oncology experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to master complexity and to integrate insights into strategies and actions. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and cross-geography. Global strategic marketing experience with commercial responsibility in pre-launch product development and commercial launch environments is preferred. Other preferred experiences: Launch experience, global market access and medical strategy. Leadership Strengths Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders in US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Enterprise mindset with demonstrated ability to influence without authority. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decision making. Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $146,000-$251,850. Pay Transparency & Benefits Subject to the terms of respective plans, employees may participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefits.
