Lead the enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, integrating demand planning, supply chain management, financial forecasting, and operational execution to drive strategic alignment. Facilitate monthly IBP review meetings with cross-functional leadership, balancing demand, supply, and financial trade-offs to optimize performance. Develop and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and scenario-based planning tools to enhance decision-making and resilience. Establish and track IBP performance metrics, continuously refining processes to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency. Leverage digital tools and advanced analytics to enhance IBP processes, incorporating market conditions, customer demand, inventory levels, and planned outages. Market Intelligence & Demand Forecasting Monitor industry trends, customer behaviors, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to inform planning assumptions and strategic decisions. Collaborate with Commercial and Strategy teams to assess market developments and their impact on volume, service mix, pricing, and profitability. Develop and refine statistical models to optimize inventory management, mitigate disruptions, and maintain high customer service levels. Analyze forecast accuracy, identifying trends and variances to enhance predictive capabilities. Maintain and update rolling 18-month forecasts and ensure timely data updates to support long-term planning. Demand & Capacity Planning Develop short- and long-range forecasts balancing customer demand with operational capacity and financial targets. Identify variances and align production, routing, and staffing to optimize service delivery and asset utilization. Proactively manage risks to profitability, scalability, and efficiency through early detection of imbalances. Communicate significant forecast or capacity changes to Scheduling and Operations for proactive adjustments. Coordinate information flow to internal teams and suppliers, ensuring a seamless solution for customers. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Executive Engagement Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategy to ensure end-to-end alignment of demand signals and budget assumptions. Serve as a liaison between field operations and executive leadership to reflect operational realities in planning assumptions. Prepare and present business plan summaries to senior management with actionable insights for strategic decisions. Contribute to capital investment planning, pricing strategies, and growth modeling to enhance profitability and scalability. Collaborate with the COO on supply and capacity planning, CCO on demand planning, and CFO on revenue forecasting. Network Optimization, Cost & Mix Management Manage waste allocation across the network to balance cost and customer reliability. Lead network optimization processes to reduce costs and improve service efficiency. Set parameters for third-party disposal agreements and partner with Procurement on negotiations. Develop capacity simulation models for growth, pricing opportunities, and bottleneck resolution. Provide constraint-capacity data to Pricing and Engineering teams to improve profitability and mix optimization. Analytics & Continuous Improvement Lead the development of KPIs and dashboards to measure IBP effectiveness and alignment. Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling and capacity planning tools. Identify planning gaps and suggest continuous improvement strategies to boost efficiency and impact. Drive mix enrichment strategies to maximize EBITDA growth and overall profitability. Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or logistics (required) Master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, finance or related field (preferred) Experience

10+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), supply chain, or business operations with exposure to waste, logistics, or industrial services (required) Proven success leading enterprise-wide IBP processes with financial accountability and executive-level influence (required) Experience leading and facilitating executive IBP meetings (required) Benefits, Compensation, & Workforce Diversity
