Semrush Responsibilities include: Driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Collaborating with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify prospects, understand needs, and build relationships. Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including dealing with Legal, Finance, and IT requirements. Maintaining a healthy pipeline and continuously finding new opportunities. Developing and executing account plans with cross-team collaboration. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and understanding their business needs to provide additional Semrush solutions. Achieving KPIs related to calls, demos, outreach, and follow-up. Identifying and closing cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using Semrush products. Delivering a value-based selling experience based on automation and customer behavior. Forecasting sales and retention achievements accurately.
