Project Engineer

to join our team for the construction of a high-end

luxury residential rental project

in Bay Harbor City. The Project Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the project team with

drawing management, field coordination, and technical execution

to ensure seamless delivery of this premier development. Responsibilities

Coordinate construction drawings, RFIs, and submittals to maintain design intent and project schedule. Work closely with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and field conflicts. Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Conduct site walks and verify that field installation matches construction documents and specifications. Support scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking efforts for assigned scopes. Prepare and maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Facilitate communication between design teams and field staff to streamline project execution. Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout documentation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer (or similar role) on multifamily residential, apartments, or luxury rental developments. Strong background in construction drawings, detailing, and field coordination. Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, Autodesk, Bluebeam, MS Project). Experience with MEP coordination for residential projects in Miami Dade County, Bay Harbor or similar high-end is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. OSHA 30-hour certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days. Preferred Skills
