$153.00/hr - $200.00/hr Emergency Department ED Volume: 14,000 ED Beds: 22 with 2 resuscitation pods and 2 psych rooms 24h physician coverage with 10 hour APP coverage daily for average volumes of 48/day ED Admission Rate: 11% EMR: Epic Full-service, free-standing emergency department (FSED) Dedicated CT with 24/7 read by radiology 24/7 Emergency services include pediatrics, mental health, and sexual assault treatment MRI is available Monday through Friday Case Management support on-site Case management support is 12h/day but is based in Easton All UM shore sites have helipad All UM shore sites have glidescope and Phillips Sparq or sonosite US available All sites have Behavioral health response team and sexual assault response teams available 24/7 All sites have 24/7 flow/transfer coordinators.

Salary Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $153/hour to $200/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
