Senior LinkedIn Strategist (Remote US) at Abe. This role focuses on social media advertising, primarily LinkedIn, for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will lead communication of results, create custom strategies, and execute Paid Media deliverables as part of the social media team. Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts Serve as direct support to client contacts Coordinate weekly with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements Build strategies for clients each quarter Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency Understand client positioning and unique value propositions Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM Manage personal productivity and utilization Work with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals Understand the value of programmatic campaigns Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI What You Offer

4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more) Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense Ability to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint success Strong understanding of Paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar analytics platforms Ability to drive results and measure via OCT Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc. Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data Competitive and curious; a true problem solver Curious about industry trends and opportunities to grow and share Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Quality-focused and maintain integrity in advertising Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed What Success Looks Like

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, CA. For some roles, global opportunities may be available where Abe has established businesses (Canada, UK, Australia). Global locations require work authorization and residency in that country. This role is remote and primarily uses Zoom and Slack for collaboration. You will need a laptop (PC or Mac), relevant software, and internet access.
