The Commercial Project Manager will: Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks that arise during the construction phase. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases. Manage procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to secure necessary materials and services. Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future project performance.
