Job Description
Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or budget overruns. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
