Compliance Manager
Location: West St. Paul, MN (Travel required throughout the Twin Cities Metro) Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Salary Range: $70,000$80,000 annually Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with availability for after-hours emergencies About BrightPath BrightPath was founded to enable the freedom to pursue joy by providing high-quality residential services for individuals with disabilities. We're looking for a Compliance Manager who shares our values and wants to make a direct impact on the quality of care in our 245D programs. About the Role The Compliance Manager leads BrightPath's Quality Assurance & Compliance efforts, ensuring our service delivery meets or exceeds 245D state and federal standards. This role is highly collaborative, working with directors, program managers, and frontline staff to ensure compliance, strengthen program design, and support positive outcomes for the people we serve. What You'll Do Conduct program evaluations and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with 245D regulations. Develop and implement corrective action plans in response to findings. Lead Quality Assurance & Compliance Program meetings with Directors and Program Managers. Oversee development and implementation of person-centered plans and outcomes. Review incident and emergency reports, identify patterns, and implement corrective actions. Maintain and update the electronic health record system. Partner with Designated Managers to develop and deliver staff training. Support case managers, lead agencies, and intake/service review processes. Provide on-call support for incident response and follow-up. Cover DC or DM responsibilities during leaves or vacancies. Participate in organizational meetings, external committees, and trade association groups. What We're Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in a 245D setting creating service plans. At least 2 years of direct client oversight. Experience with compliance program oversight strongly preferred. Familiarity with Therap and G-Suite required. Basic Excel knowledge with ability to learn new applications. Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of 245D regulations and compliance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff. Highly organized with strong time-management and decision-making skills. Flexible, solution-focused, and able to respond effectively in crises.
