Senior Property Manager

Senior Residential Property Manager Were looking for an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to oversee our residential portfolio (multifamily/apartments/condos). With 2+ years of residential property management experience, (Multifamily experience required) youll lead day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and deliver strong financial performance. What Youll Do Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, and compliance with lease agreements. Lead, train, and support on-site staff to deliver excellent resident experiences. Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular reports. Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and capital improvement projects. Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal and compliance. Resolve tenant concerns quickly and professionally. What Sets You Apart Hands-on residential property management background (multifamily/apartments/condos). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Detail-oriented with strong financial and operational management skills.
