One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager for one of their large commercial office buildings in NW Washington DC. This will be a fully onsite role, Monday-Friday with working hours from 8:30AM - 5PM. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Property Manager with various duties including budget preparation, maintaining service contracts with vendors, assist with lease administration, processing invoices, and execute monthly financial reports. This person will be working in a management team of 3 and also support a 3 person engineering team to ensure that all tenants are satisfied and the building is being properly serviced.
