Pay range: 40-48/hr. This person will be responsible for managing and deploying technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, design, Point of Sale vendors, construction, and technical experts to drive successful implementation and installation of technical equipment. Oversee development, execution, and delivery of technology equipment to new and existing restaurants. Work closely with our technology partners to ensure flawless execution and deployment from restaurant breaking ground to live opening. Execute weekly calls to ensure project status is on track and escalate critical issues that may impact project completion. Maintain up-to-date trackers of all restaurant status and ensure communications are being sent in a timely manner to all affected stakeholders.

Proficient in Project Management tools, including Smartsheet, Monday, Jira. Experience managing POS content and high-level understanding of restaurant systems and technology. Candidates with QSR experience will be prioritized. Ability to manage requests, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. Have excellent written and verbal communication. Detail-orientated and hands-on. Work well with others. Efficient in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
