• Shifts: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Hours: 12-hour days (6:00am – 6:30pm)

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN, preferably in rehabilitation nursing or acute care
• BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from injury or illness in a rehabilitation setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress, conduct ongoing assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, recovery goals, and clinical support resources
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and healing environment for all patients throughout their recovery journey
