OBGYN Registered Nurse (RN) Jobs – Locum Tenens Healthcare Opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Indiana Nursing Job Details:

• Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana 46805
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (10/20/2025 – 1/19/2026)
• Employment Type: Locum tenens travel RN contract
• Healthcare Setting: OB - Randallia Unit
• Nursing Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2250 - $2310
• Orientation: Mandatory, 7 days (Mon-Fri week 1, Mon-Tues week 2, 8-hour days)
• Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license required
• BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience, including cervical exams and fetal monitor interpretation
• Proficient in EPIC documentation, Pyxis medication management, Hospira IV pumps, and GE Corometric fetal monitoring
• Must attend all mandatory orientation days

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to laboring, pre-term, and postpartum OB patients and their newborns
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Interpret fetal monitoring and conduct cervical exams
• Document patient care using EPIC and manage medications via Pyxis
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Comply with all unit policies, procedures, and orientation requirements
• May float to PRMC location (approx. 18 miles away) if needed
